Terms of Service

1. Services

UTU Education Centre provides private tutoring for students following Cambridge (CIE) and Pearson Edexcel curricula, IB, IELTS and Years 1–9 general tuition. Services are provided in-centre, online, and where arranged in other approved formats.

2. Enrolment & Fees

Fees are agreed at enrolment and payable in advance on a monthly or per-session basis. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. A receipt is issued for all payments.

3. Cancellations

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the session fee. Repeated late cancellations may result in loss of reserved slots.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to attend punctually, come prepared, and treat tutors and staff with respect. UTU Education Centre reserves the right to terminate enrolment for misconduct without refund.

5. Liability

UTU Education Centre provides educational support but cannot guarantee specific examination grades. Results depend on multiple factors, including student effort, school support and examination board marking.

6. Intellectual Property

All learning materials and resources produced by UTU Education Centre are the intellectual property of the Centre and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
